  • Identifying market segments / potential clients
  • Responsible from attending inquiries to closing sales.
  • Arranging Exhibitions and Seminars
  • Inquiry generation by visiting architects, PMC Contractor, structural engineers etc.
  • Proper communication, presentation of product to the client
  • To follow-up on enquiries received
  • Having Commercial Negotiation
  • Provide feedback to client & HOD
  • Site visit for checking feasibility & site correctness after completion of their civil work & before start erection
  • Collection & Payment
  • Achieving set targets by maximizing sales.
  • Ensure quick & efficient customer service
  • To be an effective interface between client and office for any new developments / information.
